Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum
FRAME are partnered with a top AJ100 Architecture studio who are seeking a talented Project or Senior Architect to join their esteemed office, based in the heart of London. With a portfolio spanning Residential, Education and Mixed-Use projects, our client prides themselves on delivering innovative and sustainable designs across the Architecture industry.
For this job role, they are looking for someone to join the business that has strong experience running and leading medium to large scale projects in the UK Architecture sector. Whilst they work across all stages, this position will be focus on RIBA stage 4-6, so they are looking for someone with technical ability and construction stage experience ideally in the Resi/ Mixed use or Commercial sectors.
Requirements:
- ARB registered
- Proven experience running or leading UK based Residential, Commercial or Mixed-Use projects
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, NBS Chorus is beneficial
- RIBA stage 4-6 skills
- Proven experience in liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £50,000 per annum.
