Job title: Project Lead/ Senior Architectural Technician
Role: Permanent position - £45,000 - £54,000
For this role, the studio are looking for someone with excellent technical experience including RIBA stage 4-5, with construction and on site experience. This position will be a leading role so they require someone who has experience running projects, as well as managing small teams and confidence liaising with clients and contractors. The studio work on an array of projects but will be hiring on their Hospitality team, who have a number of busy high end projects over the year.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as architectural technology, architecture, construction
- Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Revit
- Experience in either Hospitality, Commercial or Residential projects (UK based)
- Team leading experience, client facing, on site background
- Strong RIBA stage 4-5 expertise
- Hybrid working – 3/2 office home split
