Are you looking to step into a role where you can play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating Luxury Residential Design projects?  

This position seamlessly integrates project management expertise with a profound understanding of interior design, coupled with hands-on experience in overseeing high-end luxury construction projects. Additionally, it involves direct communication with High Net Worth (HNW) clients, all while reporting to both directors and design leads.

About You:

You'll showcase proven expertise in project management within the upscale residential interior design sector, ideally focusing on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clientele. Your knowledge will encompass interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be key in cultivating effective collaborations and client relationships.

Your highly organized nature, meticulous attention to detail, and adept multitasking abilities will contribute to seamless project execution. You'll bring proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency.

Recognizing the importance of on-site engagement, your willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings will align with the dynamic demands of the industry. Your relevant qualifications in interior design, project management, or related fields will add a valuable layer of expertise to your professional profile. Proficient in Microsoft Office, you'll also have a preference for Mac proficiency, ensuring versatility and adaptability in technology utilization.


The Role:


  • Planning and Coordination: Create a comprehensive master project schedule outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Track and ensure the timely achievement of project goals, addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise. Assess project programs, objectives, and deliverables for effective communication and coordination.
  • Client Liaison and Relationship Management: Collaborate with directors on contract negotiations, fee proposals, and project hours. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships, consistently exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Distribute information to department heads and coordinate team resource allocation. Maintain seamless communication with department heads and directors to ensure timely updates, fostering transparency and synergy across teams. Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections with project leads to promptly identify and address defects or discrepancies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain high-quality project documentation with accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with the Finance Manager on project profitability, billing, and forecasts.
