FRAME is excited to present a new opportunity to join our client as a new member of their Project Administration team!

They are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their London studio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager, internal and external project teams, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders. As part of a global studio, you will contribute to luxury hotel interior and architectural design projects worldwide.
Initially, this role will focus on two exciting mega-projects in the Middle East.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in project management
  • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within a high-end design or architectural firm (please note, this is not a design role)
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Projects
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation: Prepare documentation as directed by the client’s commercial and project management team
  • Variations: Prepare and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) and additional fee proposals
  • Project Reports and Programmes: Develop and maintain reports and schedules
  • Resource Management: Create and update resource plans using the ERP system
  • Invoicing: Collaborate with the Finance and Administration team to prepare monthly billing per contract terms
