Location: London outskirts, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
FRAME are working with a busy Architecture studio based just outside of London who are looking to hire a Principal Designer. This role will be heavily involved with the H&S aspects of the pre and post construction phases of the studios projects, with this individual heading up the responsibilities for the Building Safety Act 2022.
Requirements:
- Architecture, Design Manager or Principal Designer background with BSA experience
- Carrying out research on good practices, liaising with the authorities
- Coordinate all health & safety design matters during pre-construction
- Be registered with or working toward being a RIBA registered BSA Principal Designer
- Co-ordinate the Design Team to enable Building Regulations compliance sign-off prior to BSR submission
- Proven experience in liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
