Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Part 2/3 or Architectural Technologist.
- Solid background in retail projects desired, or medium to large scale projects
- Everyday in-office presence in Hertfordshire to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Revit software
- Comprehensive knowledge of RIBA stages 0-5, or demonstrable experience working across most of these stages
- Collaborate with a team to contribute to the successful delivery of retail-focused projects
- Utilise your expertise in Revit to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings
- Navigate and ensure compliance with building regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Work collaboratively within the RIBA stages 0-5, contributing your skills to all aspects of the architectural process
- Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000, commensurate with experience
