We are working with a leading architecture firm who are currently expanding their team and seeking talented individuals to join them on permanent or fixed-term contract basis. 

We are looking for candidates who can join them as soon as possible (ideally under 1 month notice period) and possess experience in Aviation and Rail, with the right to work in the UK.

Positions Available:
  1. Architect/Senior Architects:
    • Strong Revit skills with a background
    • Technical /construction background 
  2. Project Lead/Senior Architect:
    • Strong analytical skills working with project briefs.
    • Ideal experience in Aviation or Rail.
  3. Part 2 Architectural Assistants:
    • Good presentation and 3D package skills.
  4. Architects/Senior Architects:
    • Strong Revit skills and Aviation experience to start ASAP.
  5. Senior Architect:
    • Lead the detailed design and tender design for a 'world-first' electric taxi aviation facility.
    • Manage a small team and work on the vertiport interior experience and system design/specifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Architects - Newly qualified to Senior Architect level
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, and a Revit test will be part of the process.
  • A background in technical detailing, particularly within the framework of RIBA stages 3-5.
  • Prior experience in UK-based large-scale projects, specifically in the Aviation, Mixed-Use, or Commercial sectors.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are critical.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

  • For more senior level - Leadership of a small team, guiding less experienced members.
  • Participation in client reviews, meetings, and workshops.
  • Liaison with Project Associate and Director.
  • Use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document delivery.
  • Strong Revit experience. 
  • Sourcing material samples for client presentations.
  • Review of municipal technical standards and their application to interiors work.
  • Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
  • Leadership of a professional specifier for all project areas.
  • Potential involvement in construction support activities during the build phase.
