As their exclusive Recruitment Consultant, we are seeking a visionary leader to establish and drive their Interior Design department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Establish and expand the interior design department, setting the strategic direction aligned with the brand's ethos and values.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, securing projects, and nurturing client relationships.
- Creative Direction: Develop and execute innovative design concepts reflecting excellence, sustainability, and functionality, while maintaining alignment with brand identity.
- Project Management: Independently manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to high standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Craft and implement processes and standards for project execution, client interaction, and team collaboration to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Team Building: Actively recruit and train team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, integrating cutting-edge practices into operations to maintain competitive advantage.
- Portfolio: Exceptional design portfolio demonstrating a breadth of experience across various project types.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with outstanding leadership and team-building skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Demonstrated project management expertise, capable of balancing creative design with practical execution and financial oversight.
