FRAME is partnering with a boutique high-end Residential Interior Design studio, renowned for their exceptional work in Central London and the Home Counties. The studio fosters a small, friendly, and collaborative environment, focusing on delivering personalized and detailed schemes for private homes.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all stages of the design process under the guidance of senior designers and directors.
  • Assist in concept development, FF&E design, and space planning.
  • Prepare and develop presentations for client meetings.
  • Compile schedules, specifications, and design intent packages to a high standard.
  • Supervise the daily tasks of Designers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with trades.
  • Source materials, finishes, and FF&E through general research.
  • Liaise with suppliers for samples, pricing, and lead times.
  • Aid in costings, budget formulation, and procurement processes.
  • Manage project programs under senior designers' and directors' direction.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in a design studio with a portfolio demonstrating high-level projects.
  • Relevant Interior Design/Interior Architecture Qualification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Estimac and Microsoft Office, with understanding of FF&E procurement.
  • On-site experience and knowledge of liaison with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and interpret their requirements.
  • Good understanding of FF&E suppliers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask with attention to detail.
