- Collaborate with design team to create precise technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- AutoCAD proficiency essential
- RIBA stages 4 + 5
- Involves going on site and some contract administration
- Residential experience a must
- Dive into 1:5 detailing and produce accurate technical drawings.
- As a Part 3 Technologist, you’ll have the opportunity to visit construction sites and ensure flawless detailing during the build phase.
- Technical similar drawing expertise
- Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
