Are you an experienced professional with a knack for delivering top-notch housing projects? We're on the lookout for a Technical Architect/Technician/Technologist for our client in South London.
While expertise in Revit is a plus, what really stands out for us is your prowess in technical detailing. In this role, you'll be the linchpin of their project team, managing existing projects' quality assurance and ensuring that drawings meet the studio's high standards before they go out. This role is open due to company expansion, and the project pipeline is strong!
Residential projects are their specialism, so if you've got a track record in that realm, you're exactly who we're looking for.
The perks? Our client offer a competitive salary range of 45-55k, the flexibility of a 1-day work-from-home option, and a schedule designed with your life in mind. Core hours from 10 am to 4:30 pm give you the flexibility to juggle work and personal commitments. You can come in later or leave earlier—let's make it work for you.
The studio are diving into Revit for new projects, so you will need experience in this software. Lately, they've also been exploring SAP assessments for energy and Passivhaus projects—experience in these areas is a bonus!
