This studio thrive on creativity, collaboration, and the vibrant energy of our team and are currently looking to hire an organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our innovative team. As the Studio Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, supporting both the administrative and creative aspects of our work. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to balance your time between our inspiring studio environment and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a productive and creative environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Event Planning: Organize studio events, meetings, and social activities, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Resource Management: Manage studio supplies, equipment, and resources efficiently.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or architectural environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
