FRAME is partnering with a busy London studio to seek a Residential Designer. You will be responsible for participating in concept schematic design presentations and preparing essential construction documentation, ensuring alignment with internal and external guidelines, schedules, and project requirements.

 Responsibilities:
  • Create presentation materials while upholding graphic quality.
  • Convert schematic designs into development drawings.
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring design continuity throughout.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce necessary specifications.
  • Ensure all information and documentation are accurate, complete, and consistent with quality standards.
  • Provide prompt answers, drawings, and clarifications during the documentation and construction phases.
  • Maintain effective communication with contractors as needed.
  • Ensure construction drawings are comprehensive and all details are practical.
  • Identify and raise any issues that may impact the design (e.g., site constraints).
  • Review your work for accuracy and completeness before submitting to the Project Manager.
  • Adhere to project deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK, as this role is based in our London office.
