- Experience working as a BIM Coordinator
- Proficiency and strong knowledge in Revit is essential for this position
- Experience working on medium to large scale projects (85% of this companies projects are within Infrastructure across the UK and Middle East)
- Managing and facilitating the implementation of BIM processes within a project.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines established for the project.
- Resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM models, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and execute BIM implementation plans based on project requirements and goals. Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into workflows effectively.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, processes, and workflows.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the BIM models.

- Salary range £45,000 - £58,000 per annum
