If so, our client is currently seeking an ambitious and talented Procurement Coordinator with a minimum of three years’ experience, ready to contribute to high-end Residential Interior Design projects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in procurement, focusing on purchasing and manufacturing highly detailed FF&E, whether bespoke pieces, off-the-shelf items, or antiques.
- Proficient in managing suppliers, documentation, spreadsheets, invoicing, and the overall procurement process.
- A clear demonstration of competent knowledge, coupled with extreme organizational efficiency and a natural passion for outstanding design, showcasing acute attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of furniture and architectural materials, including effective sourcing strategies.
- Obtain supplier quotations, negotiating prices and terms for both standard and bespoke items.
- Place orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure punctual and precise deliveries.
- Ensure all procurement activities remain within budget and adhere to timelines.
- Inspect goods upon delivery alongside FF&E designers.
- Collaborate with contractors and the client team to coordinate FF&E installations.
- Approve supplier invoices for payment and assist the accounts team with final project reconciliation.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the FF&E procurement process within the residential and hospitality industry.
- Keep track of and approve invoices from suppliers, coordinating with relevant internal departments for reconciliation.
- Clear and fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel.
