Frame are working with a central London Architecture studio who are looking for a talented BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician to join on an initial 6 month contract basis. The studio have a busy project in the Hospitality sector at RIBA stage 3-5, requiring strong Revit and BIM modelling expertise.
They have hybrid working on offer from 2-3 days in the office per week, as well as LTD/ Outside iR35 payment methods on offer.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM level 2
- UK based projects, Hospitality/ Resi, refurb, Listed
- RIBA stage 3-5 focus
- Strong communication and organisation skills
The Studio
The studio are a medium to large sized, award winning Architecture studio with a great name in the industry. They are looking to hire on immediate start contract basis’s of around 4- 6 months, however they are keen to discuss extensions or even going temp to perm further down the line.
