- Expertise: Strong background in residential layouts and construction stages.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Detailing Skills: Exceptional detailing and construction drawing skills.
- Visa Status: Must have a current UK working visa.
