FRAME are currently on the lookout for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join an Interior Design/ Developer focused studio based in London. For this role, the studio are happy to look at either a 2-3 month contract with the possibility to go permanent, or they are also happy to look at starting someone permanent from the offset.
For this role, the company are looking for someone who is very confident in AutoCAD with technical detailing ability. This will also include working on high end Residential projects in and around London, so they are looking for someone who has this work to show in their portfolio.
Skills required:
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Must have UK based, high end Residential work
- Ideally the ability to do both interior and exterior detailing
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are a small to medium sized interior design/ developer focused studio people based in central London. They are looking for someone to be in the office full time, 5 days a week. As mentioned, they are looking to look at contractors for this role but can also consider temp to perms in the future which we have done with them previously.
