FRAME are currently looking for either an ARB Architect, Part 2 or Architectural Technician to join an award winning studio based in London. This is a contract role of around 6 months with the potential to get extended or go permanent if interest. They are currently working on a UK based Residential project of which will be entering stage 4-5. Due to this they are looking for someone with experience in these stages including strong technical detailing.
The studio are open on sector background but have a preference for Residential, Commercial or Mixed use. They need someone who has at least 2 years live Revit experience as you will need to hit the ground running.
Skills required:
- Revit proficient
- Technical detailing experience
- Stage 4- 5 experience
- Residential/ Commercial or Mixed-use project background
- UK studio/ building regulation experience
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are medium- large sized (around 50 people) with a really good work culture in the office. They pride themselves in being an ambitious, research led team and looking for a like-minded individua to join.
