Job Title – Technical Architect
Location – London
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
  
Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Technical Architect to join an exciting and well respected practice in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing technical aspects of projects, primarily focusing on RIBA stages 4-7. As part of our team-based approach, you will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and external consultants to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
  
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working on medium to high-end residential projects.
  • Experience in delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4-7, including production and
    coordination of all project drawings & information.
  • Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD with a clear understanding of its functionalities and outputs.
  • Excellent and current knowledge of UK Building regulations.
  • Proficient in BIM concepts, workflows, and collaboration.
  • Exceptional technical design and detailing abilities, capable of articulating high-quality and detailed schemes within a 3D BIM environment.
  • Knowledge/some experience with JCT contract administration.
  • Some experience with site inspections & associated documentation.
