Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project teams to develop construction information in pre-construction and construction stages
  • Provide dedicated support to architectural teams across diverse international projects on specification and procurement strategy issues 
  • Develop meticulously crafted specification documentation that aligns with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Stay abreast of the latest technical standards, product advancements, and innovations relevant to assigned areas of expertise.
  • Ensure appropriate specifications suit the design solution across different disciplines and independently
  • Keep up to date with technical standards
  • Communicate with Design teams and other key teams across the business
  • Maintain and improve the office master specifications working with a team
  • Internal and external meetings so you are able to assist and prepare project documentation 
  • Must have experience preparing architectural specifications on projects
  • Good technical design knowledge
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Database applications. MicroStation and InDesign would be a bonus/beneficial.
  • Build good relationships across teams internally and externally
  • Work to a budget
  • Self motivated and responsible
