Senior Project Leading Architect - £55,000 to £65,000 per annum Salary Level

Your skills are in demand, and here's why:
  • Lead Your Way: Have you successfully managed large-scale projects (£70m+) for a single client across RIBA stages 3 to 6? Your experience is what we're after.
  • Diverse Expertise: Your expertise spans any of these critical sectors: Commercial offices, scientific/research facilities, healthcare, or site/strategic masterplanning.
  • Focused Excellence: Design development, technical delivery, construction documentation - you're the go-to for excellence in RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5 (and 6 would be a bonus!)
  • Collaborative Leadership: Comfortable leading both internal and external design teams, you know how to make collaboration thrive.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Your ability to liaise with statutory stakeholders and manage client relationships sets you apart.
  • Architectural Coordination: Direct and coordinate supporting architectural staff to bring out the best in every team member.
  • Ethics of Excellence: A collaborative and professional work ethic defines your approach to every project.
  • Tech Savviness: You're well-versed in BIM level 2 and the essential use of Revit. The Revit test is an exciting challenge you're ready for.
