About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PA to support the Group Director and Design Director with some support to the team. This full-time role requires you to provide efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain designers’ diaries and email accounts
- Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence, and respond where possible
- Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage diary commitments and travel arrangements
- Handle general information, queries, and phone calls
- Prepare the team for meetings and ensure all filing and administrative duties are completed
- Provide facilities support and attend training and meetings as necessary
Key Requirements:
- Extensive senior-level PA experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or interiors
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and manage a changing workload
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner and a proactive attitude
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work well under pressure
- Own transport is essential
