FRAME is proudly working alongside a High-End Residential Design company to recruit for a Midweight / Senior Interior Designer.
  
We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight or Senior Interior Designer to join a renowned international interior design and architectural studio. Their thriving design practice specializes in creating interiors that epitomize the best of British and European design, characterized by our signature blend of 'Modern Luxury'.
  
As a Midweight / Senior Interior Designer, you will have the chance to work alongside the Directors, and be part of a vibrant team of over 25 designers and interior architects. With the company, you will contribute to a flourishing design practice known for its creativity and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • UK resident or valid UK working visa
  • Full, clean driving license for site visits
  • Full-time availability in the Design Studio
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Recognized Interior Design/Interior Architecture qualification
  • Multiple years of experience in Luxury Residential projects, preferably with an FF&E background
  • Strong understanding of the full design process
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to constructive feedback and self-confident
  • Efficient time and project management skills
  • Experience in running projects from concept to completion, including on-site and project management
  • Proactive approach to leading design work and professional communication with clients and contractors
  • Experience with client-facing, including leading presentations and meetings
  • Creative mindset, fostering relationships with suppliers and exploring new materials and finishes
  • Sourcing and procurement experience of FF&E
Required Skills:
  • Technical drawing skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and preferably EstiPC
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in large-scale high-end residential projects
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
  • Effective teamwork and leadership skills, including mentoring
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Keen eye for design, color, 3D, and spatial awareness
  • Ability to create and develop conceptual designs with a focus on color, texture, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in design and space planning
  • Exceptional conceptualization and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas through hand sketching
  • Extensive knowledge of FF&E suppliers
  
Main Duties:
  • Collaborate on UK and international projects from concept to completion
  • Create accurate schedules for manufacturers
  • Source and specify products and materials within budget constraints
  • Prepare professional mood boards for client presentations
  • Take responsibility for multiple projects, from concept development to installation and styling
  • Generate detailed and accurate drawings, designs, plans, and schemes
  • Work collaboratively with other designers
  • Stay updated on industry developments and design trends
  • Source, schedule, and specify high-quality furniture, fittings, and materials
  • Independently manage projects and liaise with clients during on-site installations

  • 9:00am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm
