- Project Leadership: Lead the design process for high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding results.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a talented team of mid-weight and junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and furnishings.
- Project Documentation: Create detailed design documentation to Brady Williams standards, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Budget & Programme Management: Monitor project budgets, design deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high level of design and craftsmanship quality throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular site visits and inspections.
- Trends & Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Must have experience overseeing F&B projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
