We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Leader to join our team, overseeing the design process for hospitality projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure outstanding results and have a proven track record in team management, mentoring and guiding a talented group of mid-weight and junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and furnishings. You will also be responsible for creating detailed design documentation to high standards, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Requirements:
- Must have experience overseeing F&B projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
