FRAME is partnering with a well known F&B design studio to hire for a rare opportunity to join their recently established Residential team as a Senior Interior Designer.
This department was set up just over 2 years ago, and sought to offer their discerning clientele a design service for their personal properties as well as their F&B and Hospitality business projects.
Working under the Associate as part of a 9 person team, you will be taking on an important leadership role; acting as the lead designer on projects as well as mentoring more junior team members.
About you:
You're likely either working at a Senior level, and you're ready for a change. Maybe you're not working on the scale of projects you'd like. Maybe you're looking for more of a leadership role. Maybe your current studio's culture doesn't align with yours.
You are confident running Residential projects, you've done it for years. You enjoy the high-end Residential sector and the clients you work with. You have some experience mentoring and working alongside Juniors and Mid-weights, and you are a good team player and mentor.
You are a strong creative designer and have excellent technical knowledge and skill to back this up. You are equally confident across all stages of the design process (even if there is a specific stage you prefer!). You're confident using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign and can draw up a quick free hand sketch when needed.
About the studio:
A highly prestigious studio based in West London with good travel links and an excellent name in the industry. You'll work from the beautiful, custom renovated office during the week, and attend site visits/meetings as needed. You'll enjoy 21 days holiday plus 3 at Christmas, plus bank holidays.
