Our client is actively seeking a highly creative and technically proficient individual who specializes in high-end hospitality design. Please note, we are not considering applications from Residential or FF&E Designers for this role.
Key Requirements:
An impressive design portfolio that showcases your exceptional creativity and technical prowess, with a primary focus on high-end hospitality design.
Versatility as a strong all-rounder, capable of handling the entire design spectrum, from conceptual work and concept development to detailed technical drawings. Your experience should include a deep understanding of construction and on-site knowledge.
A track record of successful experience on large-scale commercial projects, spanning a minimum of four to five years.
Evidence of effectively managing or working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills, along with a proven ability to thrive under pressure.
The ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
Proficiency in key software tools, including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Endscape, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to stay ahead of to-do lists.
Previous experience in managing and inspiring junior team designers.
Salary Bracket: £45,000 - £55,000
