The role:
  • Crafting personalized, high-end interiors for UHNW private clients and residential developments.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to develop and present ideas.
  • Guiding and mentoring other designers.
  • Creating client briefs and conceptual presentations.
  • Producing space plans, elevations, and custom joinery drawings.
  • Sourcing and designing FF&E.
  • Coordinating with contractors, architects, suppliers, and professionals.
  • Assisting on-site installations and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Building strong relationships with artists and suppliers.
The ideal person:
  • Over 6 years of experience leading high-profile projects on time and on budget.
  • Proven record in creating diverse interior styles.
  • Extensive on-site experience.
  • Strong client communication skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and innovate.
  • Broad product and supplier knowledge.
  • Strong CAD, Photoshop, and InDesign skills.
  • Proficiency in EstiMac.
  • A sense of humor.
What they offer:
  • Annual salary £47,000 - £50,000.
