FRAME is proudly working alongside a High-End Residential Design company to recruit for a Senior Interior Architect.
  
This award-winning practice with a friendly and closeknit team are looking for someone to strengthen their Architectural team. As an Interior Architectural Designer, you will be expected to take projects from concept through to completion, whilst liaising with all parties involved on a project.

This is a fast-paced design role with focus on key internal design areas such as spatial layouts, furniture plans, lighting and electrical plans, reflective ceiling plans, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling design and selection and specification of architectural interior items such as stairs, joinery and ironmongery.

Role & Responsibilities
  • AutoCAD and /REVIT drawings to include:
  • Excellent spatial planning skills
  • Technical / structural designs and interior architectural detailing
  • Production of detailed drawing packages, under direction of Manager and Director:
  • Lighting and electrical plans
  • Sections and Elevations details
  • Joinery detailing
  • Bathroom & kitchen design, including liaison with suppliers
  • Creation and modification of Families
  • Product sourcing, specifications, schedules and quotations
  • Assist on project programme during initial IA stages of the project and manage the
  • deliverables and the installation element of the project
  • Attend client and site meetings
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit with minimum 5 -7 years’
  • experience
  • Experience of finishes relating to high-end residential interior design
  • Must be confident in client-facing and leading a project from start to finish
  • Creative and a strong interest in residential design
  • Ability to work independently and under guidance from the Senior members of the team
  • Able to multitask and juggle an ever-changing workload & deadlines
  • Well organised with an eye for detail, accuracy & approach to checking for errors
  • Well-presented and personable, with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team-spirited
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Own car essential + clean driving licence, within suitable radius
