- Utilise your expertise in Revit and AutoCAD to create precise and detailed architectural drawings.

- Assist Architects and other design team members in producing technical drawings and documents for building projects.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and other documents using CAD software and other technical tools.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of the project are feasible and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Exhibit strong technical skills and attention to detail to produce clear and accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve technical submissions from other members of the design team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Manage the technical aspects of projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician.
- Strong background working on residential, retail, high-rise, or student accommodation projects.
- Everyday in-office presence in Baldock to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical RIBA stages
