Requirements:
- Senior Architect Role - 8 years + Experience
- Creative Background: Bring your creative flair to the forefront
- Revit Proficiency
- Conservation/ Heritage Background: Make a meaningful impact by contributing to projects that preserve our architectural heritage. Your conservation and heritage background will be invaluable in safeguarding the beauty of historic structures.
- Experience across all RIBA Stages: Dive into projects across all RIBA stages covering design and technical, and showcase your comprehensive understanding of the architectural process. Your ability to navigate each stage will ensure project success.

- Experience in project delivery and management
- Have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations
- Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
- AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation desirable
- Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
- Leadership experience managing a small to medium sized team
- Additional accreditations such as AABC, RIBA SCA/CA, RICS (BCAS), familiarity with NEC4 contracts are advantageous.
