Senior Architect - role and responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to the client
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a great standard of work
  • Liaising with other clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise
  • You will report to an Associate Director within part of a wider team, as well as working with the project delivery team and client organisation
Opportunity 1 - Key skills & requirements needed:
  • Experience of running either large scale projects (£30m plus) and/or multiple smaller projects for a single client.
  • Sectors/ experience: Residential and mixed-use projects, Office and retrofit project experience, Town Centre Masterplanning, Performing arts center's and/or commercial delivery 
  • Experienced in all phases of project design, construction documentation, production and construction materials across all RIBA Stages
  • Comfortable leading internal and external design teams, liaising with statutory stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Ability to direct or coordinate work efforts of supporting architectural staff.
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.
  • Knowledge of BIM level 2 and use of Revit essential. Revit test will be required.
Opportunity 2 - Key skills & requirements needed:

  • Experience of running large scale projects (£50m plus) for a single client through delivery stages (RIBA 4 to 6).
  • Sectors/ experience: Commercial Offices or Scientific/ research facilities 
  • All round experience but with a specific focus on technical delivery, construction documentation, across all relevant RIBA Stages
  • Comfortable leading internal and external design teams, liaising with statutory stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Ability to direct or coordinate work efforts of supporting architectural staff. 
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.
  • Knowledge of BIM level 2 and use of Revit essential. Revit test will be required.
