FRAME are currently working with a London based, Architecture & Interior Design studio who are looking to grow. They are looking to hire both ARB Architects and Senior Architectural Technicians to join their high-end Hospitality team. The studio are working on an array of complex Hotel refurbishments and would love someone has worked on Grade 2 Listed, high end Residential or Hospitality projects. The projects will be focused on later stages so they are looking for someone with strong technical and on site ability, they have both Revit and AutoCAD projects kick starting so can be flexible on software.
Skills required:
- Revit or AutoCAD proficiency
- Must have UK based projects- Hospitality, Grade 2 Listed or high end Residential
- Strong focus on later RIBA stages, 3-5
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are an award winning, medium sized studio based in central London. They have a hybrid working set up with 3 days in office and 2 from home, they have a collaborative and creative office atmosphere with a friendly team!
