FRAME are currently on the lookout for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join an Architecture studio based in London. For this role, the studio are happy to look at either a 3-4 month contract to join as soon as possible. They are looking for someone who is very confident in Revit having used it on live projects within the UK, including strong technical ability such as technical packages and construction detailing. Projects will include a high rise Residential/ Mixed use building in London that has an urgent deadline, they could also keep someone on longer on other projects TBC.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency
- Must have UK based Residential/ Commercial or Mixed-Use projects
- Strong focus on exterior detailing
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are a medium to large sized Architecture studio people based in central London. They currently have a hybrid set up including 3 days in office and 2 from home (could be slightly more flexible if needed either way). As mentioned, they are looking to look at contractors for this role but can also consider temp to perms in the future which we have done with them previously.
