FRAME are urgently looking for both ARB Architects and Architectural Technicians for a large, global Architecture studio based in London. The studio have 2 international projects in the luxury Hospitality sector they are looking to hire on, one at RIBA stage 3 and one at stage 4. They are looking for someone who has worked on larger scale projects previously, including very strong Revit ability and later stage experience.
This will initially be a 3-4 month contract role with the possibility to get extended!
Skills required:
- Revit – 3 years on live projects
- 5-10 years post qualification experience
- Sage 3-5 specialist
- UK project experience/ building regulation knowledge
- Ideally large scale projects including Hospitality/ Mixed use or Commercial
This studio are a large scale, AJ100 studio with numerous offices in the UK and abroad, currently looking to hire in the London team on the projects mentioned above. They need someone who is free to start as soon as next week, however can wait a couple of weeks for the ideal person. The studio are happy to have a hybrid office/ home working set up including 3 days in office an 2 from home. The firm are an outstanding studio with a great name in the industry, it would be a fantastic addition to your CV/ portfolio.
