Requirements:
- 10 years + Project Management or Architecture experience
- UK based Studio experience
- Ideally large scale project background
- Fee proposal, contract and deliverables background
- Clarity and accuracy in project documentation
- Experience working across internal design teams from Architects, finance, BID teams, legal etc
- Compliance and quality assurance skills
- Experience in delivery training, mentoring and development of performance improvement
- Strong background in facing and interacting with clients
