FRAME are working with a design and build company in North West London  who are looking for a Project Co-ordinator/Project Manager.

This company specialise within Residential building work. They have a strong reputation for building beautifully constructed homes, as they have been established for over 16 years.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and effcient with the ability to work across many projects, liaising with clients and suppliers.

Essential skills required:

  • Using an Excel style tool to manage spreadsheets to ensure clients have a access to the ongoing status of the projects
  • Arrange meetings with the client to discuss the projects progressio.
  • Completing a 'program of works', running timelines with sub contractors to ensure completion
  • Understanding drawings to help with liaising with the inhouse Architects
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the construction team to discuss any issues to be raised to the client
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills/ ability to collaborate with multiple inhouse teams.
