We are working with a well-established firm with a global standing in Healthcare, Masterplanning and Mixed-use projects, to find a Project Leader. Responsibilities:

As a Project Leader, you will be at the forefront of a challenging £300m+ healthcare project. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, possessing a solid understanding of overall design, leadership skills, effective communication abilities, technical prowess, and proficiency in CAD skills (Revit/BIM Standards).

Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with clients to understand and address their needs
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary design team to achieve project goals
  • Project programming and timeline management
  • Conducting quality and technical reviews
  • Overseeing the production of technical packages
  • Managing project contracts from inception to completion
  • Knowledge of Revit 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong overall design understanding
  • Leadership and effective communication skills
  • Technical proficiency, especially in CAD (Revit/BIM Standards)
  • Proven track record in liaising with clients and leading design teams
  • Capability in project programming and quality reviews
  • Experience in overseeing the production of technical packages
  • Contract management skills from project inception to completion
