We are partnered with an architectural practice that is seeking a Project Architect with relevant sector experience to join their team and work on Healthcare projects.

This company is dedicated to excellence in delivering practical and high-quality design. They are specialists in Healthcare projects but are open to reviewing experience in sectors such as Education, Transport, Datacenter, LifeScience, as there is an interest towards Healthcare projects.

As a Project Architect your role and responsibilities will include:
  • You will have 4+ years of experience post Part III 
  • You should be capable of running a small team and having some experience with managing others
  • You should have an interest for managing teams and taking on a team of your own.
  • You will have a good amount of experience covering all RIBA stages of a project from 0-5, with on site experience desired but a focus on stages 0-4
  • You will have experience running projects, so should be confident in holding project team meetings 
  • Being comfortable in a front-facing role looking after clients
  • You will need to have a good proficiency using Revit
  • Looking for past project experience in Healthcare, Education, Transport, Datacenter, LifeScience sectors to be working on Healthcare projects  
  • Interest in Healthcare or prior experience working in this sector
