If interested, you should be a qualified Project Architect with some years of experience, including UK project experience. Please review the two roles below!

Opportunity 1 - Project Architect: Design Focus 
  • All RIBA stage experience, with specific experience in RIBA Stage 2 to 3
  • Competent job runner with aspirations to develop
  • Sectors/ experience necessary: Residential and Mixed-use projects, Healthcare, Performing arts center's, Commercial offices or Scientific/ Research facilities
  • Experience of Town Centre masterplanning preferable
  • Comfortable leading internal and external design teams including liaison with statutory stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of BIM Level 2 and use of Revit essential. Revit test will be required.
Opportunity 2 - Project Architect: Technical Focus 
  •  All RIBA stage experience, with specific experience in Technical delivery, RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
  • Competent job runner with aspirations to develop.
  • Understanding of requirements of different procurement routes.
  • Experience working for a contractor or novated to a contractor.
  • Knowledge and delivery of Passivhaus or Net Zero developments would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable with package delivery on large projects or project delivery including leading co-ordination on smaller projects.
  • Comfortable leading internal and external design teams including liaison with statutory stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of BIM level 2 and use of Revit essential. Revit test will be required.
