About The Role:
As a Project Architect, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful completion. This includes managing projects on site, developing detailed information packages, and maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and consultants. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior staff members as they develop their skills.
About You:
- At least 5 years of experience post RIBA Part III qualification
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to delivery
- Strong skills in design, technical aspects, graphic representation, and 3D modelling
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Healthcare experience advantageous
