Job Description

You will be working for a practice that specialise in high-end and private residential projects located around Essex, Hertfordshire & London. The team are a very social bunch and they are ready to take on another fun and highly motivated individual.
 
If successful, you will be working alongside a close, inspiring and collaborative team.
 
Skills required:
  • Ideally you will have experience across the technical stages of a project (4+)
  • Confidence talking with planners/clients
  • Proficient using Vector Works
  • Strong construction drawings
  • Great knowledge of building regulations 
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a very social, small team
  • Valid UK driving license is an advantage but not essential
