FRAME are currently hiring for Project Architect or Senior Architect to join a prestigious London based Architecture studio. For this role, the studio are looking for someone with project running experience, ideally on UK based Residential projects. They need someone who is very confident in later/ technical RIBA stages with delivery and on site exposure, including liaising with clients and contractors. The firm need someone very confident in Revit and technical detailing also with at least 2 years on Revit on live projects.
This will be a permanent role, salary ranging from £53,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency
- Must have UK based Residential project experience
- Strong detailing ability within RIBA stage 3-6
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
- Someone who can work independently, on site experience and client facing
The studio are a medium to large Architecture & Design firm based in London who are looking to get someone in as soon as possible, they may be open to waiting 4 weeks for the right person. The studio have a hybrid set up currently including 3 days per week in office and 2 from home. I have made numerous placements with this studio across the years and received great feedback for them.
