Key Requirements:
- Residential Project Experience: The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working on medium to large scale residential projects. Your understanding of the unique challenges and considerations involved in designing and delivering high-quality residential developments will be crucial.
- Technical Stage Experience: You should possess a minimum level of expertise in RIBA stages 4 and 5, demonstrating your ability to effectively navigate the technical aspects of architectural projects. Experience in leading technical stages will be highly valued.
- Ability to Hit the Ground Running: We are seeking individuals who can seamlessly integrate into their team and immediately contribute to ongoing projects. The ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, is essential.
- Running Packages (Advantageous): Familiarity with running packages will be advantageous. If you have experience coordinating various aspects of a project, including liaising with contractors and suppliers, it will further strengthen your application.
- Proficiency in Revit: Proficiency in Revit is a must. Candidates should be comfortable using this software to create accurate and detailed architectural designs, enabling effective collaboration within our team and with external stakeholders.
- Salary Range: The salary for these positions will range from £32,000 to £44,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits can be discussed and company name revealed on application!
