You must have Infrastructure or Rail sector experience.
You must be qualified to RIBA Part 2 (Part II) level or PART III/ARB or hold an equivalent overseas-approved qualification.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Carry out the detail design, including drafting and computer aided design work for the project
- Prepare project drawings
- Prepare drawings for planning, tender or construction
- Draft and amend concept, detail and technical designs
- Co-ordinate and liaise with others
- Strong communication with the Project Architect and with team members
•Infrastructure or Rail sector experience
• Revit proficiency
•Experience working and producing architectural designs/ drawings
•Great understanding of building technologies, regulations and planning applications
•Understanding of technical standards, regulatory frameworks and health & safety requirements
•Understanding of CAD standards
•Proficient 2D / 3D CAD and DTP skills
