Our client is looking to add an Operations Manager to their team who will be responsible for leading and scheduling work plan strategies for our interior design team. The role requires a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in all aspects of managing an interior design studio. It will be key for the Operations Manager to manage multiple administrative tasks as well as interior design projects simultaneously.   

The role will require working closely with the design leads to define operational strategies and track key performance indicators. The responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, coordinating regular team activities and onboarding, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to advocate for innovative tools and practices.


Administrative Oversight:
  • Collaborate on vision and day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze processes, track KPIs, and foster team culture.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with accountants for financial health.
HR Management:
  • Ensure standards, lead project planning.
  • Manage recruitment.
Project Finances and Coordination:
  • Monitor project finances and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Administer contracts, ensure compliance, and maintain relationships.
Client Liaison:
  • Serve as client point of contact for administrative matters.
