FRAME is currently seeking a Strong Midweight Interior Architect to join a London-based, Luxury Hospitality design studio.

The award-winning studio is rapidly expanding due to an increase in client demand and a surge in project wins, making it an exciting time to join!

For over 50 years, this world-renowned hospitality studio has created and delivered a stunning portfolio for high-profile luxury clients.

They are looking for a talented Midweight Interior Architect with the ambition to progress to a Senior Interior Architect role.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Ideally 5-7 years' experience working on high-end hospitality projects
  • Strong understanding of hotel company requirements and ability to incorporate these into design
  • Proficiency in creating and interpreting detailed technical drawings and packages
  • Experience with project phases from concept to completion
  • Proficiency with MicroStation preferred, with the studio offering cross-training if necessary
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp, and InDesign
  • Strong concept design skills
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and assist a team
  • Strong time management skills
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in developing detailed technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
  • Ability to produce and review comprehensive technical packages that meet industry standards and client requirements
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations, ensuring all designs comply with statutory requirements
  • Coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior designs with overall architectural frameworks
  • Competence in 3D modeling and rendering to visualize and present technical aspects of designs
The Studio:
  • Core hours: 08:30-17:30
  • Working on high-profile projects within the luxury hospitality sector
