They are looking for a talented Midweight Interior Architect with the ambition to progress to a Senior Interior Architect role.
Skills and Requirements:
- Ideally 5-7 years' experience working on high-end hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of hotel company requirements and ability to incorporate these into design
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting detailed technical drawings and packages
- Experience with project phases from concept to completion
- Proficiency with MicroStation preferred, with the studio offering cross-training if necessary
- Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp, and InDesign
- Strong concept design skills
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and assist a team
- Strong time management skills
- Expertise in developing detailed technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
- Ability to produce and review comprehensive technical packages that meet industry standards and client requirements
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations, ensuring all designs comply with statutory requirements
- Coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior designs with overall architectural frameworks
- Competence in 3D modeling and rendering to visualize and present technical aspects of designs
- Core hours: 08:30-17:30
- Working on high-profile projects within the luxury hospitality sector
