Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create design presentations and architectural drawings with detailed specifications.
- Design bespoke furniture for hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed schedules and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A minimum of three years' professional experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-end design projects from concept to completion independently.
- Keen eye for detail, colour, and comprehensive knowledge of suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing techniques.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including direct interaction with senior management.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in communication.
- Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of projects.
- Hand sketching skills are advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with various internal and external teams.
