The Role:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for high-end hospitality spaces.
- Develop and present design concepts that align with client objectives and the brand's signature style.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including furniture layouts, lighting, and material selections.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly, from concept to completion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign to create compelling visual presentations.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or Architecture.
- Proven experience working in the Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your high-end hospitality design projects.
